Kenrowel Crest Wellness operates Kenrowel Crest Lounge, a beauty, spa, and wellness center in Teresa, Rizal. Owner: Ken Rowell Balajadia. Tax / Reference Number: 410-869-371-000.

2. Appointments and Product Orders

All spa appointments are subject to availability and require advance booking.
Product orders are subject to stock availability. We may offer alternatives if items are unavailable.
Accurate contact information is required for appointment confirmations and order processing.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are shown in Philippine Peso (PHP) and may be updated periodically.
Payment options include cash, GCash, bank transfer, or credit/debit cards as available.
For online orders, payment must be completed within 24 hours of confirmation to secure your reservation.

4. Service Delivery & Product Shipping

Spa services are provided at our Teresa, Rizal location by appointment.
Product delivery is available within Teresa and nearby areas; fees and timing will be confirmed.
Please arrive on time for appointments or ensure someone is available to receive product deliveries.

5. Appointment Changes and Cancellations

You may reschedule or cancel appointments up to 24 hours in advance without penalty.
Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee or affect future booking privileges.
We reserve the right to cancel appointments or orders in cases of suspected fraud or unavailability.

6. Returns and Refunds

Refer to our Refund Policy for conditions, timelines, and steps to request a refund or replacement.

7. Customer Responsibilities

Provide accurate contact and appointment details.
Inform us of any allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions before spa treatments.
Arrive on time for appointments and inspect products upon delivery.

8. Limitation of Liability

We aim for accurate product information, but minor variations (packaging, color tone) may occur.
To the extent allowed by law, our liability is limited to the value of the order in question.
We are not liable for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control (e.g., severe weather, logistics disruptions).

All branding, text, and visual content on this site belong to Kenrowel Crest Wellness or its licensors. Unauthorized use is not permitted.
